Some clients just need a space to share their experiences, others need to vent about work or offload the pressures life brings. Some have traumatic and life-changing events to carefully unpick and address. Whatever brings you to counselling, we can take the journey together, at your pace and on your terms.
I have specific interests in trauma/PTSD, bereavement, ADHD and emergency and healthcare services staff, having worked through the COVID-19 emergency in intensive care.
At present, I do not offer couples therapy or work with people under 18 years of age.
